The CSA will be responsible for providing IT support and advice for the implementation of a computer project related to the migration and implementation of the system for the operating expenditure resource allocation exercise. The functions of the system mainly include uploading returns/attachments/data from B/Ds and other sources/systems, processing and analysis of returns as well as other financial information captured, generation of relevant reports, statistics and graphs and creation of dashboards.
