Duties

Participate in system analysis and design, implementation, maintenance, and testing
Analyse user requirements, and setup system environments on private cloud environment for the System
Liaise with private cloud service vendor for setting up the IT infrastructure for the System
Assure and control the quality of the project deliverables produced by the contractors/vendors
Provide daily administrative support, preparation of deliverables meeting the internal standards and requirements of the project
Conduct system testing and support rollout activities
Monitor and report system usage and health status
Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure, multi-tasking and energetic
Work outside office hours and provide on-call production support
Perform any work assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
At least 4 years of post-qualification IT experience
At least 3 years of working experience in infrastructure design
At least 3 years of working experience in server virtualisation or container-related technologies, e.g. Docker, Kubernetes
At least 1 year of working experience as a Systems Analyst-IT security experience in enterprise grade system is required
Solid working experience in private cloud platform is required
Solid working experience in Linux-based operating systems is required
Solid working experience in relational databases is required
Knowledge and experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit, and National Classified Protection of Cybersecurity Assessment is preferred
Knowledge and experience in hardware security modules is preferred
Knowledge and experience in non-relational databases is preferred
Knowledge and experience in in email solutions and messaging solutions is preferred
Knowledge and experience in Huawei Cloud is preferred
Knowledge and experience in working with/in the Government is preferred
Fluent verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English is required
Fluent verbal communication in Mandarin is preferred
Criminal record checking is required
The job requires the following mandatory skills:
- 4 years x IT Application Development and Management and System Implementation and Maintenance/Support
- 3 years x IT Security, Linux System Administration and Structured Query Language
- 2 years x Moderate Exposure of Spoken English in Work and Moderate Exposure in Written English
