Duties

Goal of the Project
- Join the team responsible for managing and evolving the enterprise integration platform.
- Lead platform initiatives and integration projects from planning through production launch.
- Shape the platform roadmap, capabilities, resilience, security, and long-term value.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the full delivery of enterprise integration platform initiatives, platform improvements, and application integration projects. Make sure they meet the agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, security, and operational readiness requirements.
- Plan and control projects, including the delivery roadmap, work breakdown, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, changes, finances, procurement, and timely management reports.
- Manage the full delivery life cycle using waterfall, agile, or hybrid methods. This includes requirements, solution design, build and configuration, integration and performance testing, cutover, data or interface migration, production launch, hypercare, and handover to support.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate application, infrastructure, cloud, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, operations, vendor, and offshore delivery teams.
- Manage vendors and contracts, including deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria, service quality, commercial performance, and corrective actions.
- Make sure projects follow governance processes, architecture standards, quality gates, cybersecurity requirements, audit controls, documentation standards, and relevant company policies.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Act as Product Manager for the enterprise integration platform. Define the product vision, value, service catalogue, target users, and market position in line with enterprise architecture and business priorities.
- Own and maintain the product roadmap and life-cycle plan. Balance new capabilities with platform updates, technical debt, security, resilience, support, cost, and the retirement of outdated capabilities.

Requirements

Mandatory (Essential)
- A Degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar subject.
- A recognized qualification in project management, agile, service management, or product management is preferred, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL, or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of relevant IT experience, including 5 or more years managing enterprise application, platform, or integration projects, and at least 2 to 3 full implementations through production launch.
- Practical experience in project planning and control, stakeholder management, vendor and contract management, governance reporting, testing, cutover or migration, production launch, and service handover.
- Able to connect business outcomes, product priorities, architecture requirements, and delivery limits, and communicate clearly with management and technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese

Good to Have (Desirable)
- Experience in product management or platform ownership, including product vision, roadmaps, backlog priorities, service definition, product life-cycle management, adoption, and value delivery.
- Good knowledge of enterprise application integration, including API management, REST or web services, messaging and event-driven architecture, integration platforms or middleware, cloud integration, and secure hybrid connectivity.
- Experience with integration technologies or products such as MuleSoft, Solace, Azure integration services, Kafka, or managed file transfer is an advantage.
