Job Description:
- To serve as a technical advisor, providing expert architectural reviews, actionable feedback, and technical guidance to internal project teams with a strong emphasis on driving successful AI adoptions;
- To spearhead the implementation, continuous operational support, and ongoing maintenance of the enterprise Common AI Resources Management platform and Common AI Services Provision platform;
- To conduct end-to-end feasibility studies, impact analyses, and physical system design for highly technical applications, including AI-driven modules and advanced LLM workflows;
- To perform robust system design, configuration, and system performance tuning to sustain high-performance AI modeling, inference, and analytics demands;
- To collect user requirements, prepare screen prototypes, perform comprehensive system analysis, and draft detailed technical specifications;
- To guarantee that all system designs and architectural solutions strictly comply with relevant government IT frameworks, standards, and security policies;
- To assist in rigorous project management, overseeing contractors and monitoring the progress of intricate IT and AI infrastructure deployments;
- To evaluate, recommend, and manage the procurement of specialized hardware, software solutions, and infrastructure tools required for stable AI ecosystems;
- To prepare and deliver high-quality technical demonstrations and architectural presentations to stakeholders and internal teams; and
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of IT working experience, with at least 5 years thriving in System Analyst role.
At least 4 years of consolidated experience in end-to-end IT application analysis, architectural design, deployment, and crucial post-launch system support and maintenance operations;
At least 3 years of applied experience working closely with or within Government IT environments;
At least 1 year of dedicated, practical experience implementing Artificial Intelligence applications, that involves Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and inference engine;
Strong proficiency and extensive hands-on coding experience in Java and/or Python programming languages are essential;
Extensive knowledge and proven architectural design capabilities in Linux-based operating systems, alongside Kubernetes (K8s) container orchestration and cluster management, are considered major advantages;
Proven, hands-on experience performing as an Application Architect or AI Solution Architect is highly preferred and considered a core competency;
Hands-on experience in supporting enterprise-grade AI architecture focusing on Common AI Resources Management and AI Common Services Provision platforms, is a definite advantage;
Experience in configuring reverse proxies/proxy servers, TCP/IP routing, and understanding of the HTTP protocol is an advantage;
Experience in applying Enterprise Architecture frameworks (such as TOGAF) is an advantage;
Strong team player and capable to work under pressure independently and proactively;
Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
