Duties
- To assist in taking forward the design and development work for the implementation of projects under the IT Strategy Plan.
- The candidate will be responsible for the
- Business Analysis:
- Gathering user requirements through structured meetings to ensure all needs are accurately captured;
- Act as a strategic bridge between operational front-line staff and senior management, translating complex user needs into actionable business solutions through versatile, high-impact communication.
- Coordinating with the application team and/or end users to drive open action items to closure;
- Conducting quality control inspections and testing to identify defects and non-conformities in applications;
- Assisting in the development of test cases and participating in user acceptance testing, ensuring that all scenarios reflect business requirements;
- Conducting user training and ensure users are equipped to effectively utilize the application.
- Scheduling and coordinating user meetings, ensuring all necessary participants are included; and
- Managing project timelines, work plans, and budgets to ensure tasks stay on schedule and
- Directly report to the Senior Manager
- Communication:
- Coordinating between technical teams and business units to align project goals.
- Responding to inquiries and provide updates on project statuses; and
- Facilitating effective communication among team members.
- Business Analysis:
Requirements
- Bchelor's degree
- At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
- At least 1 year of working experience as a Systems Analyst
- Experience in project coordination, demonstrating the ability to manage timelines and deliverables;
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to various stakeholders;
- Initiative and ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion;
- Strong logical thinking and business acumen;
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability;
- An ongoing, highly renewable post designed for long-term project engagement and growth.
- The job requires the following mandatory skills:
- 1 year x IT Planning, Business Process Modeling, Coordination, Presentation Experience
