• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise integration platform initiatives and application integration projects
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
• Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment, production launch, and support handover
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including application, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, operations, and external vendors
• Prepare project governance reports and ensure compliance with corporate standards, security requirements, and audit controls
• Manage vendor performance, contractual deliverables, milestones, and service quality
• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, service offerings, and platform evolution strategy
• Balance business demands with technical debt management, platform resilience, security enhancements, and lifecycle planning
• Support platform adoption and maximize business value delivery

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years' relevant IT experience
• At least 5 years of project management experience in enterprise applications, platforms, or system integration projects
• Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple full-cycle implementations into production environments
• Hands-on experience in project planning and control
• Hands-on experience in stakeholder management
• Hands-on experience in vendor and contract management
• Hands-on experience in governance and reporting
• Hands-on experience in testing, migration, cutover, production launch, and service transition
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL, or equivalent
• Experience in product management, platform ownership, or roadmap planning
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
