The CSA shall be responsible for providing system support and supporting enhancement on system
infrastructure of Next Generation Application and Investigation Easy Systems (APPLIES-2) and Central Services Queuing Management System (CSQMS), providing site preparation, system support and advice in relation to network, system and storage infrastructure, system integration and system security areas

The key duties are listed as follows:

• To provide support, advice and quality assurance on the site preparation, system support and enhancement of system infrastructure of APPLIES-2 and CSQMS
  
• To support system enhancement and system integration with other systems
  
• To coordinate and liaise with other ImmD teams, related contractors and stakeholders and provide technical support
  
• To provide IT advise on project deliverables and performance monitoring of contractors' work
  
• To keep track of the progress of site preparation, system enhancement and configurations of APPLIES-2 and CSQMS
  
• To execute and assure proper change management
• To perform any other duties as may be required

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
  
• At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
  
• At least 1 year of working experience as a Systems Analyst
  
• The CSA shall be able to work independently, and shall possess strong analytical, system support and enhancement skills
• The CSA shall have good experience in technical support and advisory on IT infrastructure and security
• Good knowledge on site preparation, support on IT infrastructure and IT security are required
• Round-the-clock (24x7) on-call technical support to the system is required
• The CSA may be required to work occasionally outside normal office hours to carry out the duties
  
• Criminal record check is required.
  
• The job requires the following mandatory skills:
  
  • 2 years x Infrastructure, Linux System Administration, Storage Area Network, Management and Support of Gov't Systems & Services and Vendor Management
