Duties

Lead and manage the product R&D team, providing guidance, training, and skill enhancement for team members.
Possess effective communication skills with foreign clients, experience in new product development, key technology integration, and project management.
Clearly define new product design and development requirements and scope, establish new product specifications.
Have a profound understanding of electronic scale products, comprehend product definitions, quality regulation requirements, and maintain continuous oversight throughout the project.
Responsible for, control, track, coordinate, and plan the successful implementation of projects according to customer and internal company needs.
Ensure project goals are achieved on schedule, continuously optimize the development process, enhance the efficiency of new product development, promote cross-departmental team collaboration, and ensure the smooth progress and production of projects. Drive continuous improvement of products, including performance, structure, and process optimization.
Estimate and control project costs, time, and human resources. Conduct project risk analysis and control.
Possess a background in quality management, understand conventional quality management tools such as FMEA, and be familiar with ISO9001, ISO13485 operations.
Coordinate and manage suppliers or third parties related to the project.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant science or engineering field.
Proficient in English, with more than 5 years of product development experience. Experience exercising the responsibilities of an R&D manager within a formal R&D management system and achieving set goals.
Demonstrated outstanding learning ability, ability to handle significant work pressure, in-depth understanding of electronic scale products, and experience in the medical device industry is a plus.
Possess a certain level of awareness of technical products (technical and business).
Strong logical and goal-oriented mindset, capable of quickly organizing complex product development processes and issues.
Familiar with the entire process of electronic product requirements definition, R&D, testing, and production.
Familiar with R&D project management processes, quality control methods, risk control techniques, and relevant certifications.
Station in Shenzhen
