.Development, Enhancement and Management of AI Models and Big Data Modelling Tools:

• Responsible for the end-to-end development, enhancement, and management of artificial intelligence (AI) models and big data solutions, including but not limited to AI-driven data quality checking tools. Tasks include designing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning models, constructing data pipelines, and building big data analytic applications to support automatic data validation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics. The scope also covers the collection, standardization, cleansing, and preparation of large-scale datasets to enable robust AI model training and big data analysis for operational and business insights
  

Collaboration and Coordination with Stakeholders for AI and Big Data Initiatives:

• Work closely with data scientists, developers, vendors, contractors, users, and relevant stakeholders to define requirem ents, perform system analysis and design, and manage the implementation and testing of AI and big data solutions. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on technical specifications, data governance, and quality standards, including conducting training and rollout activities to support adoption of AI-powered data processing and big data analytics tools
  

Support for AI and Big Data Systems:

• Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancement for existing AI models, big data platforms, and related system infrastructures. Collaborate with data analysts, developers, and operational teams to monitor system performance, address technical issues, and ensure the reliability and accuracy of AI-driven data quality checking tools and big data analytic solutions. Facilitate improvement through regular system evaluation, model retraining, and integration of emerging technologies to optimize data-driven decision making
  

Team Coordination: Work with team members and partners to enhance and support existing iBMS and RDCC applications and system

• To lead and manage the design, development, enhancement, and testing of AI models and big data solutions, including AI-driven data quality checking tools, machine learning pipelines, and advanced data modelling applications for HSD, ensuring professional, efficient, and effective delivery while adopting appropriate industrial best practices
  
• To coordinate project work with key stakeholders from various stakeholders in EMSD and external parties to define and refine user requirements, project scope, and objectives for AI and big data initiatives
  
• To plan and control all phases of AI and big data projects, including system analysis and design, procurement and installation of necessary platforms, programming and model development, implementation, and system nursing
  
• To lead the study, design, and planning for streamlining data flow and data management protocols, ensuring data quality, consistency, and readiness for AI model training and big data analytics
  
• To manage and enforce standards and protocols for data collection, cleansing, and preparation to meet the current and future needs of AI-driven analytics and big data modelling within the organization
  
• To oversee the development of data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, including feature engineering for AI models, dimensional design of datasets, and performance administration of big data environments
  
• To monitor and guide the performance of subordinates and project team members, providing technical leadership in AI and big data development, if applicable
  
• To ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and meet appropriate quality standards, especially in the context of AI model accuracy, data pipeline reliability, and system scalability
  
• To perform other IT services or tasks as assigned by supervisor, including but not limited to research on emerging AI and big data technologies or participation in organization-wide digital transformation initiat

• Degree in computer subjects or related disciplines
  
• At least four years' experience hands-on experience in IT application development of which 1 years must be in similar post and in comparable capacity
  
• Strong understanding of project management, technical feasibility studies, system analysis and design, AI model lifecycle management, data pipeline development, and provision of specialized technical support
  
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in data architecture, data engineering, data analytics, data management, big data modelling, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools and platforms
  
• Solid experience in designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven application systems and large-scale databases, including performance optimization and scalability assurance
  
• Good knowledge of web and data programming standards and technologies (such as Python, Java, .NET, SQL, CSS, XML/JSON, JavaScript, etc.), with practical experience in relevant frameworks and libraries for AI and big data development
  
• Good knowledge of system architecture, cloud computing, and infrastructure design for scalable AI and big data solutions
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, with strong ability to document technical concepts and present to diverse audiences
