The proposed staff shall take a leading role of managing and facilitating the system implementation and maintenance tasks. These include, but not limited to, the followings:-

• Collection of user requirements
  
• Impact analysis of system change
  
• IT products procurement
  
• Quality assurance of deliverables
  
• Provide guidance to users on user acceptance tests
  
• Support security risk assessment and audit
  
• Support privacy impact assessment
  
• Support internal compliance audit of IT systems
  
• System recovery drill
  
• System maintenance
  
• Resolving project problems and conflicts
  
• Monitoring performance of outsourced contractors

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
  
• At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
  
• At least 1 year of working experience as a Systems Analyst
  
• Experience in supporting the management of outsourced IT implementation projects and system maintenance
  
• Familiar with Government regulations, policies, standards, guidelines, methodologies and qualify requirements, such as Baseline IT Security Policy, IT Security Guidelines, System Development Life Cycle, System Maintenance Plan, and Stores and Procurement Regulations
  
• Good communication and skills, both written and verbal, in Chinese or English, preference given to those good at both
  
• Self-motivated, independent, diligent, polite, pro-active, fast-learning and good team player
  
• Working at the remote correctional facilities for provision of support services as and when required
  
• Undergoing integrity check by HKPF is required
  
• The job requires the following mandatory skills:
  
  • 2 years x IT Security, JAVA Programming, Security Risk Assessment and Audit, System Implementation and Maintenance/Support, Structured Query Language, IT Audit, IT Service/ Outsourcing Management, IT Procurement and Vendor Management
