Duties

Lead the end-to-end project coordination for Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP) Phase 1 and Phase 2 across over 40+ departments, ensuring system architecture aligns with operational needs.
Actively participate in contract management for CMMP Phase 1 and Phase 2 service and other contracts
Manage service contractors by reviewing and revising documentation deliverables for accuracy and ensuring adherence to SLA requirements
Utilize data-driven tools (e.g., Tableau, Jira, MS Excel Macro) to monitor departmental progress and resource allocation in real-time
Actively participate in the integration of AI modules; must be comfortable testing API endpoints and validating data logic
Review, refine and produce project documentation and necessary documents such as highlight reports, maintenance reports, meeting minutes, formal letters to contractor and B/Ds
Coordinate internal teams, departments and contractor to facilitate smooth rollout of CMMP Phase 2
Work with teammates and manage service contractors in implementation and support of the system
Perform any work assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
At least 1 year of working experience as a Systems Analyst
Possesses proven ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and resources utilization, acting as a 'Playing Coach' who can both lead a meeting and figure out the solution
Possesses strong knowledge in design and implementation of API integrations and data pipelines for AI solution; troubleshoot bottlenecks during deployment
Possess hands-on experience in stakeholder coordination and troubleshooting of problems across different system domains
Self-motivated and able to work flexibly to meet rollout deadlines
Intensive exposure in written English is required
Possesses solid experience in project management
Possesses knowledge in Government procurement will be an advantage
Able to work independently under pressure, multi-tasking and energetic
Good command in spoken English is required
The job requires the following mandatory skills:
- 4 years x IT Planning, System Implementation and Maintenance/Support, Coordination and Project Management
- 3 years x Moderate Exposure in Written English
- 1 year x Intensive Exposure in Written English
