Duties

Required to work under a Project Manager to formulate implementation plans for the implementation and delivery of the IT facilities and systems in the Courts
Required to perform the role of business analyst to communicate with the users to collect and formulate the business requirements in order to facilitate the solution architect to conduct research and development on packaged or customized IT products to suite the specific needs of the Courts with particularly focusing in the areas of the technology related to mobile computing, display sharing system, as well as integration of the various existing IT facilities in the Courts for supporting court hearings
Required to coordinate with various stakeholders including users, stakeholders of other departments, technology and operation stakeholders, etc. to support the implementation of the enhancement of IT infrastructure at court premises in an integrated approach
Required to design, procure, implement and provide on-going support to the court room IT facilities, mobile IT systems and systems
Required to prepare documentations including requirement specifications, technical specifications, user manuals, system support manuals and guidelines for the requisition of the Court IT facilities and systems
Required to support for systems deployment (around 2500 users) related to office administration
Need to work overtime or on weekends or public holidays if necessary

Requirements

Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
At least 2 years of working experience as a Systems Analyst
Good IT technical background with experience in implementation, rollout and provision of user technical support of IT systems
Well experienced in the PC, LAN and wireless network
Extensive knowledge and implementation experience in one or more technical areas below:
- Traditional and digital-based audio visual system
- Wireless mobile display and presentation system
- Wireless mobile workflow application system
- Display Sharing System
- Video-conferencing system
- Interactive digital broadcasting and electronic notice board system
- Messaging and paging system
They shall have good track records in the provision of user support and consultation services and training
The job requires the following mandatory skills:
- 3 Years x Networking, PC LAN Support and System Implementation and Maintenance/Support
- 2 Years x Wireless Technology, Work experience with/in the Government, Knowledge in Gov't Procurement/Disposal Procedures and Vendor Management
