Duties

Advance and optimize the existing ecoAir AI model for upcoming submissions to the Innochallenge, R&D 100 Award, and ICT Award.
Develop a packaged Fault Detection and Diagnosis framework for air-side equipment for clinical area trials.
Refine the current 3D holographic projection for stable and impactful presentation at the Innozone and MiMEP exhibitions.
Design multi-application AI models for energy optimization and fault detection, including data preprocessing, ANN and PSO modeling, integration with CCMS and RDCC systems, and model governance.
Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and user groups throughout requirements, design, testing, deployment, and lifecycle support.
AI Model Development & Optimization
- Optimize ecoAir AI Architecture: Advance, fine-tune, and optimize the existing ecoAir Artificial Intelligence Model to ensure peak performance and forecasting accuracy.
- Award Benchmarking & Readiness: Refine technical features and documentation to prepare ecoAir for competitive submissions to prestigious innovation platforms, such as the Innochallenge, the R&D 100 Award, and the ICT Award.
- Multi-Application AI Engineering: Design and engineer versatile AI models focusing on critical building applications, specifically energy consumption optimization and automated system fault detection.
- End-to-End Data Pipeline Management: Oversee complex data workflows including building data extraction, quality diagnosis, filtering, noise-cleansing, and pre-conditioning.
- Advanced Algorithmic Implementation: Utilize Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), and other advanced methods to build adaptive, resilient, and predictive mathematical systems. Systems Integration & Deployment
- FDD Framework Engineering: Develop, test, and package a Fault Detection and Diagnosis (FDD) framework tailored for air-side mechanical equipment.
- Clinical Trial Coordination: Standardize the FDD package into a highly stable, high-reliability service solution compliant with standards required for live trials in sensitive clinical healthcare areas.
- Infrastructure Integration: Establish stable communication interfaces linking AI models directly with existing Central Control and Monitoring Systems (CCMS) and Regional Digitalization Control System (RDCC).
- 3D Holographic Projection Refinement: Execute precise software modifications, code optimization, and interface adjustments on the current 3D Holographic Projection to guarantee high-fidelity, stable, and highly interactive displays at major industry showcases like the Innozone and MiMEP exhibitions. Project Lifecycle & Stakeholder Management
- Full-Lifecycle Execution: Drive the entire development lifecycle of core AI assets, managing the timeline from requirement gathering, analysis, and system design, through to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary technical point of contact, coordinating closely with developers, vendors, engineering contractors, and end-users to ensure project goals align with technical delivery.
- Model Support & Governance: Formulate and implement comprehensive protocols for long-term model maintenance, health auditing, software patching, and automated retraining schedules to successfully mitigate data drift.
- Continuous System Enhancement: Partner with system users and technology partners to provide responsive post-deployment troubleshooting, dedicated support, and iterative version upgrades.

Requirements

Degree in computer subjects or related disciplines;
Four or more years' experience in application development, AI/ Data solution deployment or related fields, with project management or technical consultancy and supervising a team of two (2) members or more;
III. Strong understanding in project management, feasibility or technical studies, system analysis and design, application programming, operation management, system programming and specialized technical support;
IV. Strong knowledge of Data Science frameworks, predictive analytics, and Advanced AI/Machine Learning modeling techniques;
- Strong and practical knowledge as well as solid experience in application system and database design and implementation; VI. Proficiency in software engineering and web standards, with strong preference for languages used in AI and data pipelines (e.g., Python, Java, .NET, SQL, and RESTful APIs / JSON); VII. Good knowledge of enterprise system architecture, cloud/edge computing infrastructure, and integration with industrial control networks; VIII. Proven experience in data preprocessing (data cleaning, filtering, and pre-conditioning) and implementing machine learning algorithms; IX. Good writing, communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese;
- Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work; XI. Being creative, having strong analytical capability, self-initiative, responsible and well-organized; and XII. Strong interpersonal relationship and emotional management.
