Duties
- Assist to draft and prepare work service specification for procurement of IT services such as system implementation, system maintenance, privacy impact assessment & audit, security risk assessment & audit etc.
- Coordinate contractors' implementation activities and review their deliverables
- Coordinate hardware and software installation and deployment
- Coordinate site preparation and configuration
- Prepare test plan, test scenarios and cases
- Arrange user acceptance tests and document the results
- Conduct integration test, performance test, load test, disaster recovery drill, resilience drill etc.
- Conduct system and software configuration prior to system test and production rollout
- Provide support to user query and problem reporting
- Coordinate with contractors in problem identification, troubleshooting and resolution
Requirements
- Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 8 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
- At least 4 years of working experience as a Systems Analyst
- At least 8 years of consolidated experience in analysis, design, development, implementation and support of enterprise-wide web-based systems
- At least 4 years of solid experience in development and maintenance of enterprise-wide web-based systems built on Restful API, Springboot, TypeScript and CSS library/frameworks
- At least 2 years of working experience in development and maintenance of enterprise-wide web-based systems built on Relational database (such as MS SQL, MySQL, MariaDB) and NoSQL database (such as MongoDB)
- At least 4 years of solid experience in managing/working with contractors and/or vendors to deliver IT applications and/or services in the HKSARG environment
- Experience in developing and maintaining application systems on the GCIS environment using iAM Smart functions such as Digital Signing, and microservice architecture have added advantages
- Knowledge and experience in systems analysis, design and implementation of regulatory related systems are highly desirable
- Strong team player and capable to work under pressure independently and proactively
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
- Good coordination, presentation, negotiation and business writing skills
- Able to work in a diversified and dynamic team environment
- Familiar with Government IT standards and methodologies
- The job requires the following mandatory skills:
- 8 Years x IT Application Development and Management
- 4 Years x JavaScript Programming, Work experience with/in the Government and Vendor Management
- 2 Years x Structured Query Language
