The CSA will be responsible for providing IT support and advice for the implementation of a computer project related to the migration and implementation of the system for the operating expenditure resource allocation exercise. The functions of the system mainly include uploading returns/attachments/data from B/Ds and other sources/systems, processing and analysis of returns as well as other financial information captured, generation of relevant reports, statistics and graphs and creation of dashboards. The key duties are listed as follows:

• To provide support and advice to all phases of computer project including system analysis and design, procurement and installation of computer systems, development, implementation, testing, production rollout including workstation deployment, system nursing and maintenance of the system
• To support system migration, system design, implementation and system integration with other systems
• To assist in carrying out quality control, quality assurance and project management duties as designated by the project manager
• To coordinate and liaise with project stakeholders from both business and technical aspects, and collaborate with other B/Ds and contractors
• To support data migration and conversion, batch/housekeeping jobs for backup security controls, etc. as well as user acceptance test
• To review and provide IT advice on project deliverables and documentation, and assist to monitor the performance, progress and issues of contractors
• To perform any other duties as may be required

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
• At least 1 year of working experience as a System Analyst
• Solid experience in support of system implementation;
• Experience in application development and system integration
• Knowledge and experience in support of project management tasks, financial-related systems, Lotus Notes applications and report generation tools are preferable
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently
