The candidate will lead a team to participate in the implementation and maintenance of the systems with the following job duties:

• Propose, design hardware, software and necessary resources for high-volume public-facing enterprise application systems
• Design, integrate, and support public client-facing, comprising client, server, middleware, database, etc.
• Implement the technical infrastructure and database architecture of the new systems on cloud platform
• Support and maintain the application architecture platform with DevOps and Containerization technologies
• Support the source code repository code deployment pipeline from development, testing and production environment
• Work closely with business and application development teams to deliver high end enterprise systems
• Manage, control and oversee various project stages and provide advises and solutions to any technical issues

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 8 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
• At least 2 years of working experience as a Project Manager
• Experience/knowledge in architectural design in systems with a variety of hardware and software components
• Knowledge in major hardware/software vendor products, especially for middleware/cloud/databases
• Solid experience in large-scale system infrastructure
• Experience/knowledge in application development on Cloud platform
• Experience/knowledge in Government Cloud platform (e.g. EGIS) is an advantage
• The job requires the following mandatory skills:
  
  • 4 Years x Infrastructure
  • 3 Years x System Implementation and Maintenance/Support, Server Virtualisation Technology, Coordination and Project Management
  • 2 Years x Linux System Administration, Network & System Management and Work experience with/in the Government
