Duties
- Coordinate submissions from contractor, including but not limited to invoices, credit notes, discount vouchers, delivery notes, requisitions, in respect of all equipment/plant/materials utilized, the relevant insurance premium, relevant subcontract documents and so on, in respect of all subcontract work undertaken and/or completed by subcontractors and for which payment is applied for the specific works and the operation
- Monitor all incoming and outgoing financial transactions under SFC to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract requirements;
- Review, check and process contractor’s monthly and yearly statements submission to ensure accuracy, valid, transaction completed and payment compliance with target cost contract requirements.
- Calculate fluctuations for monthly operation payments;
- Coordinate documents for archiving, filing or disposal.
- Assist in annual stock take checking.
- Assist senior management to prepare financial analysis and compilation of management reports.
- Support in implementation and monitoring of internal control procedures.
- Maintain and update necessary data base, provide support and advice on project allocated;
- Perform any other administrative duties, ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned by the Government Representative
Requirements
- F.5 / DSE or above with 5 subjects passed, including Chinese, English and Mathematics
- 1 year or above full time working experience in accounting or related duties such as financial accounting, cost and management accounting, system development, internal audit, investigatory accounting
- Good communication skills, and possession of working experience handling “target cost contract" will be an advantage
