Responsible for implementing, enhancing and maintaining web, backend, mobile and mini applications including:

• System design, development and testing of system enhancements and ad-hoc user requests
  
• System administration work and handling of user enquires
  
• Technical, operational and advisory support
  
• On-call support for urgent system issues
  
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution
  
• Coordinating and monitoring outsourced contractors
  
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisors

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
  
• At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
  
• At least 5 years of working experience as a Systems Analyst
  
• Solid experience in web and mobile technologies, such as HTML, Javascript, Java, Objective C, Swift and Kotlin
  
• Solid experience in IT application design, development, maintenance and support
  
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues
  
• Experienced in IT security
  
• Experienced in Web technologies and Javascript frameworks, such as Vue and React
  
• Experienced in Mobile App development
  
• Experienced in managing outsourced IT projects
  
• Experienced in mini app / mini program is an advantage
  
• Experienced in webcasting system using OpenText Multimedia Management or equivalent is an advantage
  
• Experienced in developing public facing IT system is an advantage
  
• Experienced in SQL queries is an advantage
  
• Experienced in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is an advantage
  
• Experienced in Government Cloud is an advantage
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  
• Security vetting is required
