Duties

Assist in monitoring the technical implementation, UAT and operation of workflow system for the Cross-boundary Data Flow initiative including the GBA SCC workflow system and development of e-form
Assist in performing administrative duties, including preparation of regular/ ad hoc situation updates and statistical reports
Assist in providing helpdesk support for GBA SCC operations
Work with outsourced contractor, infrastructure teams and different stakeholders to provide maintenance and support
Assist in incident handling of the workflow system
Assist in providing support and prepare reports to senior management and stakeholders
Handle and provide supports for events on need basis
May be required to work during non-office hours on need basis
Other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
At least 1 year of working experience as a Systems Analyst
Solid experience in system development and support, coordinating and monitoring outsourced contractor, infrastructure teams and different stakeholders to provide support for development and maintenance
Technical skills and knowledge on the development and implementation of workflow systems
Have good sense of technology and be proactive in technical research and evaluation
Must have knowledge and/or experience in the IT project monitoring and coordination
knowledge of basic encryption standard for sensitive data is an advantage
Have hands-on experience and skill of system maintenance / server support on Windows / Linux Server at least 2 years is an advantage
Have hands-on experience of designing high availability and data resilience for application is an advantage
Have hands-on experience of creating video for event is an advantage
Competent communication skills, both verbal and written and interpersonal techniques
Good command of Cantonese and English
Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
Good writing skill in both Chinese and English
Experience in acceptance of IT project deliverables preferred
Strong analytical mind and problem solving techniques
Experience in supporting government outsourcing IT project and monitoring the deliverables is an advantage
Knowledge and experience in government tendering and procurement procedures is an advantage
The job requires the following mandatory skills:
- 2 years x IT Application Development and Management and Windows 7/8/10
- 1 year x Electronic Form, IT Security, JAVA Programming, Moderate Exposure in Written English and Quality Assurance
- 6 months x Helpdesk Call Handling Technique and Project Management
