The required staff will undertake design and support duties for event and programme management for Smart Lab, which typically includes:

• To prepare write-ups such as speeches, presentations, press releases, social media posts, etc., with a focus on promoting wider adoption of innovative technologies in B/Ds
  
• To conduct multimedia design, including event key visuals and related adaptations, logos, eDMs, social media content, etc.
  
• To conduct video shooting and produce event teaser and summary videos
  
• To support television, radio and advertorial advertising
  
• To work closely with the development team to implement new designs or enhancements on Smart Lab's websites or event theme pages
  
• To research multimedia/content creation using artificial intelligence
  
• To keep abreast of the latest developments in various innovative technologies
  
• To perform other duties as required by the supervisor

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
  
• At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
  
• At least 1 year of working experience as a Systems Analyst
  
• At least 4 years of work experience relevant to Information Technology (IT), preferably related to multimedia design, UI/UX design, event promotion and programme support in the innovation and technology sectors
  
• Proven track record in multimedia and content creation and editing relevant to events
  
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
  
• A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively and closely with internal and external stakeholders
  
• Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently and prepared to work irregular hours
  
• Good knowledge of emerging and innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence, big data analytics, robotics, natural language processing, Internet of Things, AR/VR, and spatial data, is preferred
  
• The job requires the following mandatory skills:
  
  • 2 years x Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop and Multimedia
    
  • 1 year x Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance
