The successful applicant will be required to:

• Collect the requirement for the system implementation and enhancement work related to supporting iAM Smart service provider engagement and adoption of iAM Smart in their online services;
  
• Monitor the outsource contractor(s) and coordinate with contractors, service partner and different project teams for the success system implementation and enhancement work;
  
• Assist supervisor to provide logistic and IT support to public and private sectors for their online service to adopt iAM Smart Application Programming Interfaces (API);
  
• Assist supervisor to work with other iAM Smart support teams, related government contractors and external service partner to provide support including arrangement on use of testing / production environment and reference applications as well as provision of IT support on the necessary integration work;
  
• Assist in the implementation of the iAM Smart Integrated Portal to manage the application and onboarding workflow of adoption of iAM Smart by the online service providers of Government Bureaux and Departments and public and private organisations;
  
• Provide secretarial, administrative and logistics support to meetings; and
  
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisors.

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
  
• At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
  
• At least 1 year of working experience as a Systems Analyst
  
• Solid experience in API design and implementation, PKI, digital certificate, mobile app development, or identity management related technologies
  
• Strong knowledge and experience in online applications and mobile applications development using RESTful / JSON API
  
• Solid experience in IT application development and management
  
• Solid experience in support IT systems having interfaces with external parties
  
• Strong in communication with English including spoken and writing skills
  
• Fluent in Cantonese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• The job requires the following mandatory skills:
  
  • 3 years x Coordination
    
  • 1 year x IT Application Development and Management, Web Programming, Web Services, Management and Support of Gov't Systems & Services and Moderate Exposure in Written English
