Duties
- Overseeing IT contractor day-to-day performance
- Maintenance of the enforcement system and their upgrading works
- Provide IT support to enforcement system (Kennedy Town office and Tamar server room) and websites
- Perform routine system backup, health check and administration
- Database Administration
- On-call support and other duties, and work outside normal working hours if necessary
- Any duties as assigned by supervisors
- Prototype and system development according to system users
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
- At least 1 year of working experience as an Analyst Programmer
- In-depth knowledge in system development and support
- Experience in quality assurance and participated in system/user acceptance test (Essential);
- Good communication skills with team player;
- Experience in full system development lifecycle from project initiation, user requirement collection to system nursing is preferred;
- Experience in managing and coordinating enforcement system(s) interfacing with various government department within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, including The Treasury and The Judiciary, as well as multiple payment collection agents such as HSBC, Jetco and Hongkong Post (Essential);
- Experience in system design; and
- At least 2 years of experience in vendor management (Essential)

- 2 years x Data Administration, Data Management, Enterprise Application Integration, Electronic Form, Java Servlet Programming, Oracle RDBMS, Red Hat Advanced Server and Vendor Management
- 1.5 years x Linux System Administration, Network Design, Networking, Unix/Linux Shell Scripting, UNIX System Administration, UNIX, Contract Administration, Work experience with/in the Government and Management and Support of Gov't Systems & Services
