The main job duties are as follows:

• Manage and supervise operation team to provide helplines support and operation service of the Cross-boundary Data Flow initiative including the thematic website.
• Oversee the technical implementation, UAT and operation of workflow system for the Cross-boundary Data Flow initiative including the GBA SCC workflow system and the development of e-form.
• Perform administrative duties and suggest streamline procedure of daily operations, including preparation of regular/ ad hoc situation updates and statistical reports
• Manage to handle and respond to enquiries, complaints and suggestions, and escalate special cases timely with proper documentation
• Supervise and train the supporting team members to provide enquiry service and operation and arrange the roster
• Maintain and update a knowledge base of frequently asked questions
• Provide support and prepare reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Responsible for incident handling of the workflow system
• Other duties assigned by supervisor

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 8 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
• At least 2 years of working experience as a Project Manager
• Experience in managing IT projects, project management and contractor management
• Competent communication skills, both verbal and written and interpersonal techniques
• Fluency in English and Putonghua, moderate writing skill in both Chinese and English
• Experience in acceptance of IT project deliverables preferred
• Strong analytical mind and problem solving techniques
• Knowledge in government procurement procedures is an advantage
• The job requires the following mandatory skills:
  
  • 2 Years x IT Application Development and Management, Windows 7/8/10, Helpdesk Call Handling Technique, IT Service/ Outsourcing Management and Project Management
  • 1 Year x IT Security, Project Management Professional (PMP), Website Administration and Moderate Exposure in Written English
