To assist in performing project governance and progress monitoring of government IT projects in particular those with public-facing services, and in providing support to the ITMUs. Duties include:

• To collect project updates and assist in the review and assessment of IT projects and monitor B/Ds in executing the project governance measures
• To assist in the preparation of requirement specifications and management of additional test services for selected IT systems of B/Ds and their quangos
• To provide advices to B/Ds in supporting their related quangos to conduct additional load and stress test services for their specified IT public-facing systems
• To advise B/Ds on guidelines and best practices published by OGCIO such as testing requirements
• To provide advice and any necessary support to B/Ds for IT projects with issues
• To compile regular and ad hoc reports for the senior management
• To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
• At least 1 year of working experience as a Systems Analyst
• The candidate must possess experience in development and testing of web-based applications, preferably under cloud and mobile client environment
• The candidate must have good communication and coordination skills
• The candidate must have strong data analysis and processing skills
• Priority will be given to candidates with experience in government IT projects, independent testing and load and stress tests
• The job requires the following mandatory skills:
