Lead a team to provide support to Senior Systems Manager for the following:

• Plan and coordinate the promotion activities, which may include organising seminars, carnivals, exhibitions, virtual events or lining up promotion opportunities with external parties, for promoting the ICT Programmes for the Elderly
• Manage outsourcing services for the publicity and event management for various promotion activities
• Manage project implementation, provide management and technical support for the Outreach Programme and the Training Programme
• Provide technical advice on ICT activities and training courses to be arranged by the implementers and recommend suitable tools or software for the implementers to produce online courses for upload to the Elderly IT Learning Portal for sharing with other Portal users
• Research and study on advanced ICT topics (e.g. Big Data, Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence, etc.) to facilitate the elderly to enrich their ICT knowledge
• Research and study on local and overseas digital inclusion related initiatives, apps and systems
• Prepare management briefs, line-to-take and correspondences in response to public enquiries and LegCo matters

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 8 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
• At least 2 years of working experience as a Project Manager
• Must have experience in IT promotion
• Must have experience in organising and managing briefings, seminars, promotional and publicity activities
• Must have knowledge and/or experience in project management and coordination
• Must have working experience in projects related to ICT adoption for the elderly
• Must have experience in mobile/wireless communication
• Must have work experience with/in the Government
• Must have good command of oral and written English and Chinese
• Preferable to have working experience in digital inclusion projects
• Preferable to have knowledge/experience in web/mobile app accessibility (WCAG 2.1)
• The job requires the following mandatory skills:
  
  • 2 Years x Internet/ Intranet, Mobile / Wireless Communication, IT Advisory & Promotion, eg.Exhibition,Publication, Intensive Exposure in Written English, Marketing Experience in IT Promotion
  • 1 Year x Work experience with/in the Government and IT in Community, eg.Promote Use of IT/IT Awareness
  • 6 Months x Multimedia, Windows 7/8/10, Wireless and Mobile and Project Management
