Duties

Lead project execution to ensure adherence to schedule and scope with a focus on leveraging automation, machine learning, data mining, and AI technologies where appropriate
Manage projects over the full development life cycle with realistic roadmaps and consideration of different aspects in technical, operations and user experiences for good quality deliverables according to standards
Elicit functional requirements, due diligence, feasibility study, system analysis, design, review, implementation, integration, training, support and advise non functional concerns like network infrastructure and testing methodologies
Proactively update stakeholders and reflect risks and propose corresponding actions to the stakeholders to ensure resolution in time
Collaborate with cross functional teams, including software developers, system administrators and business owners
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, including software developers, system
administrators, and network engineers.
Evaluating new IT technology/products and recommend IT hardware and software solutions.

Requirements

Degree or Higher diploma in computer subjects or related disciplines
With over 8 years' working experience in IT projects
At least 3 years' experience in project management
Passionate about exploring new digital technology and frameworks
Creative, analytical, self initiative, responsible and well organized
Good team player and leader, proactive communication with teammates and subordinates
Strong analytical and problem solving skills in business and technical aspects
Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work
Good interpersonal relationship and emotion management
Excellent coordination skills are essential
DevOps experience for Agile/Scrum/Kanban is an advantage
Good command of written English and fluent Cantonese. Putonghua is an advantage
Experience in work with the Government is an advantage
The job requires the following mandatory skills:
- 4 Years x IT Application Development and Management and Project Management
- 3 Years x IT Planning and Business Process Modeling
- 2 Years x Information System Study, Coordination
