To provide timely support for application systems such as to conduct change management, requirement analysis and system design, and to prepare technical documents such as functional specification, set up test environment, program source deployment and version control with major duties including but not limited to the below:

• To coordinate system integration and enhancement activities includes iAM Smart, mobile-friendly, web accessibility, ChatBot for SFO e-service and website
• To provide support to different systems
• To conduct functional testing and user support of various system components
• To develop and maintenance of electronic forms
• To support the Online Demonstration for e-services
• To organize various configuration tasks
• To collect and analyse user requirements and render technical advice to users
• To coordinate data transformation and preparation of open data for Websites
• To coordinate in-house printing and data preparation service
• To monitor, check and review contractors' deliverables to fulfill certain standard
• To support procurement activities

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
• At least 2 years of working experience as a System Analyst
• Programming Knowledge of HTML5 ,CSS , Javascript, jQuery, ReactJS, PHP, JSON and SQL
• Has solid experience in development of electronic forms
• Has solid experience in maintain website contents, include publishing content to departmental website and GovHK
• Has solid experience in maintain government e-service
• ETL know-how is an advantage
• The job requires the following mandatory skills:
  
  • 4 Years x Electronic Form, JavaScript Programming, MySQL, PHP programming, Website Administration, Work experience with/in the Government, Management and Support of Gov't Systems & Services, Experience in Managing Government IT Standards, Moderate Exposure in Written English and IT Service/ Outsourcing Management
