System maintenance and support to Revamped Land Control Information System (rLCIS) and any other duties assigned by supervisor including:

• Provide helpdesk support and solve ad-hoc problem raised by users
• Perform fire-fighting maintenance activities
• Carry out enhancements, application problem fixing, software upgrade, etc.
• Develop programs, conduct system testing, support user acceptance test & production release, etc.
• Prepare, review and update system document
• Provide technical support to assist user in carrying out capacity planning, system monitoring & turning, system administration, database administration, system operation & housekeeping activities
• Provide users application training to the LandsD staff
• Conduct disaster recovery drill
• Perform tasks related to inventory control
• Provide assistance in the procurement of computer hardware/ software and services
• Perform computer operation tasks and assist in computer project implementation
• Provide assistance in the security assessment and audit processes, attend related meetings when required provide comments on the related assessment and audit reports, perform proper system hardening when required

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
• At least 2 years of working experience as an Analyst Programmer
• Two years solid experience in system development or maintenance of computer system is a must (i.e. mandatory requirement);
• 12 months working experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and Arcserve Backup r18 SP1 (or above) and Arcserve Unified Data Protection v8.0 (or above) are required
• Experience in Window 2012 server, FoxPro and Mobile Computing would be an advantage.
• The job requires the following mandatory skills:
  
  • 4 Years x Microsoft SQL Server, .Net Development, .NET C#, Structured Query Language and SQL Server Reporting Services
  • 2 Years x Work experience with/in the Government and IT Procurement
