To analyse, design, implement, monitor, optimise, and manage the Information Technology (IT) infrastructure for 26C Information Technology (IT) System adopting cloud and virtualisation technologies The job duties include, but not limited to, the following:

• To design, build and test the production, development, testing and disaster recovery platforms for 26C IT System
  
• To provide input and support to in-house technical teams and service contractors in detailed systems design to meet infrastructure requirements
  
• To liaise with in-house technical teams, service contractors and Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) teams on the setting up and support of application systems hosted on infrastructure including but not limited to on-premise and GCIS
  
• To support and manage various infrastructure components including but not limited to virtual machines (VMs), operating system (OS), firewalls, load balancers, etc.
  
• To closely monitor and maintain the healthiness of IT infrastructure including hardware and software, and to manage system and data security
  
• To follow up recommendations provided by Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SRAA) contractor, if any
  
• To investigate and conduct troubleshooting in case of production and security incident, if any
  
• Candidate(s) may be required to travel to sub-offices to provide technical support and may be required to work on weekends / public holidays during operations and system maintenance periods
  
• Other duties as required by supervisor

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
  
• At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
  
• At least 4 years of working experience as a Systems Analyst
  
• Technical knowledge and solid working experience in conducting system analysis and design, systems programming, load testing, stress testing, SRAA and system rollout
  
• Technical knowledge and solid working experience in Microsoft Hyper-V virtualisation environment, Microsoft Security Compliance Manager and Windows Server Update Services
  
• Technical knowledge and solid working experience in VMware virtualisation environment
  
• Technical knowledge and solid working experience in Windows Server
  
• Solid working experience in server management through the use of Microsoft System Center, with hands-on technical skills on System Center Configuration Manager, System Center Operations Manager and System Center Virtual Machine Manager
  
• Solid working experience in server management through the use of Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) and Windows Certificate Authority
  
• Preferable to have working experience in liaison with GCIS as an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) tenant
  
• The job requires the following mandatory skills:
  
  • 5 years x Microsoft Internet Information Services, Server Virtualisation Technology, Work experience with/in the Government, Management and Support of Gov't Systems & Services and Vendor Management
    
  • 4 years x IT Security, Security Risk Assessment and Audit and IT Security Scanning Tools
    
  • 3 years x Disaster Recovery Planning and Infrastructure
