A post is created for system implementation, integration, maintenance and support of a new information system including:

• Support the internal project team in overseeing the development and delivery of a new information systems
  
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with the project timelines and objectives
  
• Assist users to identify the user requirements for system development
  
• Prepare system documentations, including but not limited to the System Analysis & Design (SA&D) Report, test plans, test cases, system manuals, and procedures
  
• Perform assigned in-house application development task
  
• Setup and configure the information system in Government Cloud or virtualised environment
  
• Conduct program testing and system testing
  
• Prepare the requirement specifications for the procurement of related hardware, software and services, etc.
  
• Facilitate user acceptance test (UAT), data conversion and verification activities
  
• Provide technical advice, resolve any possible conflict and follow up technical problems
  
• Review and conduct quality assurance on system deliverables and documentation
  
• Ensure the system adheres to Government policies, standards and security requirements
  
• Provide technical support and training to end-users
  
• Perform any other related duties assigned by supervisors

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
  
• At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
  
• At least 2 years of working experience as an Analyst Programmer
  
• The candidate should have solid experience in conducting system implementation and integration, maintenance and support and other related technical skills
• The candidate should also have work experience in application development and supporting of Government systems
• Knowledge in system design, application framework, database modeling and experience in using Government cloud services or virtualized environment are preferred
• The job requires the following mandatory skills:
  
  • 2 years x JavaScript Programming, Microsoft SQL Server, System Implementation and Maintenance/Support, Web Programming, Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance and Software Testing Management
