Responsible for system design, development, support and maintenance of exiting e-learning portal as well as upcoming e-learning and training management system. The main duties are:

• To be responsible for providing support for intensive production of web content materials for existing e-learning portal website
• To be responsible for providing system management and technical support to the existing e-learning portal website
• To be responsible for designing and developing web application programs for enriching existing e-learning platform as well as coping with the future one-stop e-learning and training administration system
• To be responsible for designing and developing quick enhancement of web application systems for effective sharing of information across multiple applications
• To conduct the Proof-of-Concept (POC) development for the future one-stop e-learning and training administration system
• To liaise with parties concerned (including system owners, business users, vendors, etc.) for conducting system analysis and design, system implementation and integration and ongoing activities support
• To assist supervisors in vendor management and managing outsourcing activities including quality assurance of deliverables and service acceptance
• To support supervisors in providing technical advice to management, users or communities as appropriate

• Diploma holder or above, majoring in Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science, Information Engineering or related disciplines, or equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
• At least 1 year of working experience as a System Analyst
• Solid working experience in web application development is definite advantage
• Hands-on experience on HTML5, JavaScript (Angular JS, React or Node.js), CSS, JAVA, .NET C#, RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle or MS-SQL Server) and PHP
• Knowledge and experience in system support or program development with J2EE application development frameworks, e.g. Spring, Hibernate, etc., would be an advantage
• Working experience in Government bureaux/departments is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and a team player
• Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
