Oversee the implementation of the system enhancements of CMMP, in particular for the following: 

• Security enhancements 
• New system tools for system and log monitoring 
• Other system enhancements -Coordinate and closely work with service contractors on timely delivery of system, and smooth maintenance, operation and support of the system 
• Ensure that the deliverables are complied with government requirements -Serve as the facilitator to conduct feasibility study, identify re-engineering opportunities, proposing new processes/solutions to ensure operation efficiency and compliance. 
• Collaborate with security team in developing and arranging technical implementation for security alerts and monitoring
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of processes, making recommendations for further improvements 
• Perform IT project management and vendor management 
• Drive technical advancement in IT teams 
• Work outside office hours and provide on-call production support 
• Perform any work assigned by supervisor

• Degree in Computer Science or related subjects
• Minimum of 8 years of post-qualification IT experience, in which includes a minimum of 2 years of working experience in project management 
• Work experience in managing large scale infrastructure (200+ Virtual Machines) and mission critical systems within a sizable organization is required
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure management, IT Operations and IT System Monitoring 
• Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in at least 3 of the following security technologies, including Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Network Detection and Response (NDR), security log analytics, web application firewall or IDS/IPS 
• Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in various operating systems administration (e.g. MS Windows Server, RHEL Linux) 
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in monitoring and observability tools such as Elasticsearch, Splunk, Prometheus. 
• Familiarity with newer and emerging monitoring products is highly preferred 
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience on Log Management and Analytics tools such as ELK stack or Splunk 
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience on System Monitoring via Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP),
• Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) and Web-Based Enterprise Management (WBEM), with experience on BMC,PRTG, SolarWinds is highly preferred. 
• Valid certificate holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) is required 
• Valid certificate holder of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is required 
• Valid certificate holder of Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is required 
• Certificate holder of ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor is highly preferred Certificate holder of Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) is highly preferred 
• Experience in participating intelligence led Red Team exercises is highly preferred 
• Experience in managing government projects is highly preferred 
• Knowledge and experience in working with/in the Government is preferred 
• Fluent verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English is preferred
