Duties
- Collaborate with the project team to understand the goals, scope, and timeline of the transformation project.
Support the development and implementation of operational strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the project objectives - Identify and analyse operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and propose solutions to optimize processes and enhance productivity
- Assist in the coordination and execution of change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational efforts with project requirements and timelines
- Monitor and track project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and address any operational challenges that arise during the project
- Support resource planning and allocation to ensure adequate staffing and support for project-related activities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project status, achievements, and challenges to key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience, such as project management or other leadership roles
- Previous experience in business operations management, project management, or a similar role, preferably with exposure to technology services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and propose effective solutions
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin languages to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders and team members
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the project team, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and work independently with minimal supervision
