Duties

  • Provide 1st/2nd level service desk and desktop support to all internal users with SLA 
  • Maintain and support various business systems, infrastructure networks and tools for daily IT relevant operations
  • Provides end to end user support, advice and guidance around Document recovery, Emails & Personal Folder recovery, Data management, Mobile Managed Provisioning / User Support
  • Managing AD account and email account using Active Directory, Exchange Server, MS Office 365
  • Preform troubleshooting PC hardware and software issues
  • Follow the escalation process to ensure professional IT support service
  • Update incident and resolution in ticketing system

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in desktop / deskside/ service desk / IT system support
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365, Windows Desktop, Server Administration, Azure AD and Active Directory, SCCM etc.
  • Hands-on experience in user accounts administration and IT Ticketing System
  • Have a background in hardware support for both laptops & mobile phones (iOS/Android)
  • Strong knowledge and hands on experience in administrating and supporting various Video Conferencing equipment and applications (MS Teams, Zoom and etc. )
  • Familiar with office IT setup and operations
