The candidate is required to assist the Contract Project Manager to:

• Manage an AI project throughout the project life cycle, including but not limited to closely monitoring the work progress and ensuring the smooth and timely implementation of the project based on the agreed project plan, ensuring the quality outputs of the project deliverables provided by the contractor(s), ensuring the timely payments of training expenses, deploying the AI training program, etc.
  
• Organise and support training and development activities/ events, including face-to-face and online training
  
• Provide technical advice and support to assist Government bureaux/ departments (B/Ds) in the adoption of Innovation and Technology (I&T) in various subject areas, including but not limited to AI, big data, robotic technologies, digital government, smart cities, etc.
  
• Prepare presentations and meeting materials related to the projects assigned
  
• Provide administrative, technical and logistical support for the programmes under the Training Section and the Smart Lab
  
• Conduct evaluation of I&T solutions/ AI products, produce reports/ summaries/ project documents
• Provide technical support to the security risk assessment and audit exercise for IT systems
• Provide support to large-scale events e.g. IT or AI programme exhibitions and promotional activities
  
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
  
• At least 6 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
  
• At least 2 years of working experience as a Senior Systems Analyst
  
• Rich experience and good track records in managing large-scale projects, particularly the projects of Government departments (DPO preferrable) or public organisations, and monitoring performance of contractors, website and web course development, management of outsourced projects; Possessing Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate is preferred
  
• Rich knowledge of emerging and innovative technology, including but not limited to AI and big data
• Solid experience in business analysis, solution evaluation, research, compilation of reports/ summaries/ project documents, etc.
  
• Solid experience in liaison with various parties within or outside the Government
  
• Solid experience in organising and providing logistic support for training and/or developing large-scale activities/ events / projects
  
• Solid experience in IT Security Management; Possessing security related professional certificate is preferred
  
• Good problem-solving skills
  
• Good communication and liaison skills
  
• Good writing skills in both English & Chinese and speak fluent Cantonese and English
  
• The job requires the following mandatory skills:
  
  • 5 years x System Implementation and Maintenance/Support
