Duties

To assist in delivering, implementing and maintaining the Common Wi-Fi Brand "Wi-Fi.HK" ("the Brand")
To assist in the marketing and promotion of the Brand through organising different publicity activities, preparing publicity materials and acquiring related services and collaterals, etc.
To perform all sort of graphic and artwork design for website, mobile application, marketing collaterals and social media platforms for the Brand; to participate in data analysis and assist in user experience enhancement and to draft e-news and promotional messages
To assist in the ongoing operation and support of the Brand such as updating contents and enhancing the functionality of the related website, and mobile app
To assist in planning, organisation, monitoring and coordination of events and promotional activities, which may include conferences, exhibition pavilions, and competitions, etc.
To execute the events' publicity plan including developing and monitoring social media posts, press releases, Government officials' speeches and interview speaking points, advertorials, outdoor promotion, etc.
To liaise and coordinate with local and Mainland ICT industry stakeholders and/or contractors on event related activities and deliverables
To assist in drafting responses to enquiries and conducting information research on ICT industry events and stakeholders
To assist in managing web applications for event calendar and notification of IT open tenders
To assist in drafting speeches and speaking points, assessments, briefs, social media posts, etc. and managing logistics arrangements for Government officials' participation in ICT industry events
To carry out other project related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
At least 1 year of working experience as a Systems Analyst
At least 2 years' experience in organising publicity activities such as marketing events or exhibitions
At least 2 years' experience in conducting online/offline promotion through websites, developing social media posts such as Facebook, Instagram and WeChat, press releases, speeches and speaking points, advertorials, e-newsletter, publication etc.
At least 1 year's experience in liaison with local and/or Mainland ICT industry stakeholders
Good English and Chinese writing, communication and organisational skills, and fluency in spoken Putonghua, Cantonese and English
Good experience in supporting website and/or mobile app, content management system
Good knowledge on ICT, wireless and Internet technologies
Working on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays is occasionally required on request
The candidate will usually work in an office on Hong Kong Island and may occasionally discharge the duty at other designated locations in Hong Kong
The job requires the following mandatory skills:
- 2 years x Chinese Processing, Imaging, Website Administration, Coordination, Event Management and Marketing Experience in IT Promotion
- 1 year x Adobe Illustrator, Intensive Exposure in Written English, Moderate Exposure of Putonghua in Work and Vendor Management
