Duties

  • Provide desktop on-site support services for the VIP service area according to the specified service level requirements;
  • Provides deskside support services covering PCs, printers, corporate phones, software, VC settings and VIP user support.
  • Establish support agreements with the supplier list to provide product-level technical advice and solutions related to the service;
  • Provide recommended preventive measures to minimize or avoid potential problems;
  • Restore desktop services based on the standard image provided by customer;
  • For terminals with non-standard images, only terminal hardware support services are provided, otherwise they are handled as service requests;
  • Provide document sorting and maintenance services, and the documents include but are not limited to new software versions or PC upgrades, emergency incidents and root cause analysis reports. Recommendations;
  • Provide professional support for VIP users to ensure timely problem resolution;
  • Receive and complete service request tickets assigned by the service desk L1 (helpdesk) team;
  • Provide hardware maintenance and supplier management services

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or degree in IT related
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a deskside or technical support role, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity in large corporations
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting relate to desktop and notebook connection issue
  • Must have a passion in technology, possess Can-Do Attitude and able to work independently with good team spirit
  • Good in communication and customer service-oriented skill
  • Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Good Mandarin communication skills are particularly required
