Duties

To provide professional support in in-door and out-door training programmes and large-scale training events, including setup and operate audio-visual and computing equipment (e.g. tripods, digital cameras, lightings, notebook computers and cables), conduct live-streaming and webinar hosting, photo and video shooting, audio recording, computer cabling and network setup
To provide post-production service including video editing, audio editing, subtitling, motion graphic, synchronising with PowerPoint, subtitling, media conversion and other production-related duties
To develop, edit, revamp and publish engaging digital media contents, such as web page production, photographs, graphic design, audio recording, audio-to-text conversion (e.g. Putonghua to Chinese characters) and video shooting for promotional and educational purposes
To provide support services and maintenance for e-learning portal(s), including end-user webpage production, trouble shooting and help-desk function, data backup, statistical report compilation and documentation, etc.
To brainstorm and develop creative ideas, and be able to conceptualize and transform ideas into visual images, graphics design and innovative videos
To explore advanced and emerging multimedia learning technologies, develop compelling visuals and digital content with AI tools for continuous improvement of digital content quality and innovation

Requirements

Higher diploma holder or above majoring in Design, Graphics, Creative Media, Information Technology or relevant disciplines from a Hong Kong polytechnic / polytechnic university or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / technical college / technical institute, or equivalent
At least 1 year of post-qualification information technology experience, preferably in a similar post and in a comparable capacity
At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in digital content production field, including artwork, infographic designs, photographs, images, audios and/or videos
At least 3 years of working experience in photo and video production with motion graphic for corporate promotion, product promotion and/or e-learning delivery
Familiar with photo, video and audio shooting using prevailing digital cameras, digital video recorders and the lighting setup
At least 3 years of working experience in photo and video editing using industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud (essentially Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Illustrator) on Windows or Mac platforms
At least 1 year of relevant working experience with/in the Government, quasi-government bodies or public service sector
At least 2 years of full-time working experience of large event including face &;#8211;to-face training courses / programmes technical support in video conferencing and webinar hosting technology, such as Zoom and VOOV
Good interpersonal skills and a team player with good communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English
Creative and innovative with aesthetic sense
The job requires the following mandatory skills:
- 3 years x Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop and Multimedia
- 2 years x Video Conference Technology
- 1 year x HTML5 and Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance
