• The proposed staff shall be responsible to lead the implementation of change requests, system enhancement and maintenance of the Integrated Custodial and Rehabilitation Management System (iCRMS) and the IT Infrastructure to the correctional facilities of the Correctional Services Department. The proposed staff will also assist to follow up the outstanding add-on programme and system issues.
• The proposed staff shall take a leading role for providing support to the implementation of change requests, system enhancement and maintenance activities of iCRMS and IT Infrastructure. Job duties include but not limited to:
  • Follow up the outstanding add-on programme and system issues;
