• Continuously support and implement upgrades to the network and IT infrastructure, aligned with evolving technologies and business needs.
• Oversee network and IT systems to ensure a stable, flexible, and load-balanced environment that supports IT development efforts.
• Plan, execute, and monitor measures to safeguard the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of systems and data.
• Work alongside outsourcing partners and internal team members, under the direction of a Project Manager, to sustain network infrastructure services.
• Deploy and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, GSLB/GTM, and LTM components within the network infrastructure.
• Track network system performance, manage incidents and problems, perform routine maintenance updates, create documentation, and provide support to IT infrastructure users, including both end-users and technical staff.
• Produce documentation such as procurement specifications, diagrams, presentation decks, system manuals, and related materials.
• Examine application usage trends to optimize network infrastructure performance and drive ongoing enhancements.
• Explore and assess emerging technologies and industry best practices to strengthen network infrastructure capabilities.

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent
• At least 5 years of proven experience in the implementation and support of large-scale enterprise network infrastructure across multiple remote offices and data centers.
• Hands-on experience with managing routers, switches, and firewalls. Comprehensive knowledge of network protocols such as BGP, OSPF, LACP, M-LACP and Knowledge of IDS/IPS, GSLB/GTM, LTM, and Web Proxy services.
• At least 1 years experience in Border Gateway Protocol and Internet Firewall Technical Support
