Duties

To review and validate system configurations for upgrade/migration readiness, including IBM HTTP Server, IBM WebSphere Application Server, Oracle Database, operating system settings, network configuration, and security hardening
To prepare, maintain, and enhance migration-related documentation, such as architecture diagrams, configuration inventories, runbooks, rollback plans, implementation checklists, and operational procedures
To coordinate with vendors, cloud/infrastructure teams, and internal/external support parties to facilitate environment build, migration execution, and issue resolution
To support the planning and execution of comprehensive testing activities, including:
- Load/stress testing
- Security testing
- Functional, integration, and regression testing
- Resilience and disaster recovery tests
To support compliance and assurance activities, including Security Risk Assessment and Audit, Privacy Impact Assessment and Computer Audit by preparing evidence, configuration outputs, and technical justifications
To perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors

Requirements

Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 8 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
At least 5 years of working experience as a Systems Analyst
Solid hands-on experience configuring and administering IBM HTTP Server and IBM WebSphere Application Server, including IBM HTTP Server plug-in configuration, WebSphere clustering (Deployment Manager/nodes/cluster members), high availability design, session management (persistence and/or replication), workload distribution across cluster members, and failover validation
Strong knowledge of cloud virtual networking design and implementation, including virtual networks/VPCs, subnets, routing, NAT, private connectivity, and DNS integration
Hands-on experience configuring cloud network security controls, including security groups/stateful firewall policies and network ACLs
Experience designing and validating backup, restore, and disaster recovery in cloud
Experience implementing cloud observability, including metrics, centralized logging, dashboards, and alerting across compute, OS, network, and application layers
Experience preparing technical documentation and supporting audits/assessments
Experience in performance testing (load/stress) and interpreting results

The job requires the following mandatory skills:
- 5 years x Infrastructure, Security Risk Assessment and Audit and Server Virtualisation Technology
- 4 years x Apache Web Server, Disaster Recovery Planning, Information Security Management, J2EE Development, Websphere Application Server Administration, Coordination and Quality Assurance
- 3 years x Linux System Administration, Oracle RDBMS and Unix/Linux Shell Scripting
- 2 years x Network & System Management, Public Key Infrastructure, Experience in Managing Int'l Security Standards, IT Service Management, Software Testing Management and Vendor Management
