Duties

Provide support for project management of Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP) Phase 2 implementation, including monitoring of project tasks, deliverables, progress, schedule, issues and risks
Provide support for contract management service for CMMP Phase 1 and Phase 2 related contracts, including preparation of meeting materials, review records and follow-up action items
Provide coordination and support service for system upgrade exercise
Provide support for quality review of deliverables of CMMP Phase 1 and Phase 2, and follow up with contractors/vendors on comments, defects and outstanding issues
Prepare and maintain project documentation, technical notes, progress reports, issue logs, meeting minutes and management reports as required
Assist in implementation, testing, rollout, system nursing and post-implementation support of Mobile Email related systems and applications
Assist in handling user enquiries, incident follow-up, service requests and operational support matters related to CMMP and Mobile Email services
Work outside office hours and provide on-call production support, where necessary
Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements

Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
At least 1 year of working experience as a Systems Analyst
The candidate should possess strong resilience with strong mental stamina, remaining calm, focused and adaptable
The candidate must display high autonomy as a self-starter who requires minimal supervision to prioritize tasks and drive projects to successful completion under tight deadlines
The candidate should possess effective negotiation and exceptional people skills, allowing them to lead difficult discussions and manage demanding stakeholders with diplomacy and professional firmness
The candidate must possess a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification IT experience
The candidate must possess hands-on and practical experience in system analysis and design, implementation, testing, rollout, system nursing, and the maintenance or support of IT systems
The candidate must possess hands-on and practical experience in project coordination, technical support, and client liaison for large-scale IT projects
The candidate must possess hands-on and practical experience in contract management
The candidate must possess hands-on and practical experience in system upgrades, integration, troubleshooting, incident handling, and vendor or contractor coordination
The candidate should possess hands-on and practical experience in the quality review of project deliverables, preparation of technical documentation, and coordination of user acceptance testing
The candidate should possess hands-on and practical experience in procurement support or the preparation and review of work assignment briefs and related project documents
The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
The job requires the following mandatory skills:
- 4 years x IT Planning, System Implementation and Maintenance/Support, Contract Administration, Coordination and Project Management
- 3 years x Moderate Exposure in Written English
- 1 year x Wireless/mobile Email solution and Intensive Exposure in Written English
