The CAP will be responsible for providing end-to-end IT support throughout the software developmentlife cycle, which includes collecting user requirements, reviewing system design and prototypes, performing comprehensive testing, conducting regular training, supporting system deployment and nursing, maintaining the systems and providing helpdesk support
The CAP may be required to perform system testing and on-call support outside normal office hours and during weekends/public holidays occasionally
