Duties

Conduct user requirements gathering, system analysis, design applications. Lead and perform coding, testing and deployment of application programs, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, and emerging AI solutions
Lead and perform test plan, test cases/scripts, testing/ pre-production environment, perform Unit Test, System Integration Test, UAT
Lead and perform system health check, Root Cause Analysis, Problem and Issues Reporting
Lead system implementation of proof-of-concepts, perform technical studies, and execute related projects
Lead and conduct pilot testing and technical evaluations of emerging technologies across multiple platforms and software stacks
Coordinate with contractors to oversee project progress and ensure deliverable quality standards
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and vendors for requirement capture, system design, implementation, testing, and rollout
Perform any related tasks as assigned by Senior Engineer/Engineer(s)/IT Manager(s)

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline
At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
At least 4 year of working experience as a Systems Analyst
Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Java, with a comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and AI-driven application architecture
Strong proficiency in machine learning and LLM frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers, with hands-on experience in deploying, fine-tuning, and optimizing large language models (LLMs) including open-source models such as Llama, Mistral, Phi, Qwen, and DeepSeek
Practical experience in AI agentic development frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or RAGFlow, with the ability to design and implement multi-agent systems, tool/function calling, agent memory, planning, and reasoning workflows
Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP), prompt engineering, prompt chaining, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks (e.g., LangSmith, Ragas, DeepEval) for building reliable and observable AI agents
Understanding of AI safety, responsible AI practices, data privacy, and security considerations (e.g., prompt injection mitigation, PII handling, role-based access control) when deploying enterprise-grade AI agents
Creative, self-motivated, responsible, and well-organized, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex, cross-functional AI projects from proof-of-concept to production deployment
The job requires the following mandatory skills:
- 3 years x IT Application Development and Management, Linux System Administration and Project Management Professional (PMP)
- 2 years x Data Encryption Technology, Security Incident Detection and Handling, System Implementation and Maintenance/Support, Coordination, Project Management, Software Testing Management and Vendor Management
