The Contract Senior Systems Analyst will be required to:

• Conduct desktop research on the latest AI development and use cases that could be useful for quoting in presentation materials
  
• Support senior officials' engagement on AI-related events and activities, including assessment of invitations to events, liaison and coordination with relevant parties
  
• Prepare engagement materials for senior officials, such as speeches, presentation decks, speaking points for panel discussions, as well as liaising and coordinating with relevant project teams or parties to obtain inputs for use
  
• Coordinate event logistics with organisers, personal secretaries to senior officials, etc. on the arrangements for senior officials
  
• Manage post-event publicity, such as social media posts on event participation, and coordinate with the internal support team to update relevant official website
  
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisors

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
  
• At least 6 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
  
• At least 2 years of working experience as a Senior Systems Analyst
  
• Candidate should have a strong IT background, including a technical mindset and a solid understanding of key AI concepts and the latest development, such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI ethics. Experience in supporting AI-related projects, conducting desktop research, or organising IT industry events is highly preferred
  
• Candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, with good track record of preparing speeches and presentation decks. Practical and solid experience in using PowerPoint for business presentations would be an advantage
  
• Candidate should possess strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and liaise with diverse stakeholders
  
• Candidate should be able to work independently and effectively in an organised manner under pressure and a tight schedule
  
• Candidate should be a self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  
• Candidate should be proficient in using standard office software (e.g., MS PowerPoint, Word) for creating high-quality presentation materials and documents
  
• The job requires the following mandatory skills:
  
  • 2 years x Internet/ Intranet, IT Operational Management and Moderate Exposure in Written English
