Duties

To implement, conduct UAT and provide support for IT projects including but not limited to
- The Traffic Data Analytics System (TDAS) utilizing Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS)
- The Cross-boundary Transport Trade System
- The Automation System for Checking and Reporting Differential Fare under Government Public Transport Fare Concession Scheme for the Elderly and Eligible Persons with Disabilities ($2 Scheme)
To prepare technical requirements, implement, conduct UAT and support various IT projects, including but not limited to Web Application, GCIS Implementation, and Database systems
To provide on-going maintenance and technical support for multiple existing TD systems
To assist in procurement preparation for IT hardware, software and services, and oversee the procurement process
To manage and coordinate with contractors and related stakeholders in supporting both new projects and existing systems
To carry out data verification, accuracy checking and system utilization monitoring for IT systems
To perform any other IT-related duties as assigned by SE/SM2 or delegates from time to time

Requirements

Degree holder in computer science / information technology or equivalent
At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
At least 2 years of working experience as a Systems Analyst
Proven experience in the development, implementation and support of web-based applications or projects in both the government and private sectors
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Bash Scripting, Docker compose, Kubernetes, Nginx, HAproxy, Ubuntu, Spring boot, Kafka, Redis, Keycloak, PostgresSQL, Infrastructure design (networking, load balancing, high availability), automation, and CI/CD Pipeline
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, MSSQL, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript(e.g. React, Vue.js) and etc.
Knowledge of Python, Scikit-learn and Pytouch is advantageous
Familiarity with Clickhouse is an added advantage
Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and algorithms (e.g., predictive modelling, anomaly detection) are advantageous
Strong communication and English writing skills
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Business Intelligent development or implementation are advantageous

The job requires the following mandatory skills:
- 4 years x IT Application Development and Management, Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)), JavaScript Programming, JAVA Programming, Linux System Administration, System Implementation and Maintenance/Support, Unix/Linux Shell Scripting and Web Programming
- 3 years x Experience in C# programming
- 2 years x Microsoft SQL Server and Vendor Management
- 1 year x Management and Support of Gov't Systems & Services and IT Service/ Outsourcing Management
