Duties

This is a CSA position responsible for supporting and operating several centralised Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data analytics platforms, including Chatbot-as-a-Service and Social Media Text Analytics System, as well as migrating the Chatbot-as-a-Service to a new AI-enabled platform. The position is required to manage the security, cloud resources, infrastructure and performance of the platforms to facilitate adoption by Government bureaux and departments (B/Ds) and ensure smooth operations and migration of the platforms.
The successful applicant will be required:
- To work in team for the design, enhancement, testing, maintenance and administration of Chatbot-as-a-Service and Social Media Text Analytics System.
- To assist his/her supervisors in managing contractors for supporting Chatbot-as-a-Service and Social Media Text Analytics System.
- To support the migration of Chatbot-as-a-Service to a new AI-enabled platform.
- To provide technical support to Government B/Ds for the adoption of chatbot, AI and data analytics technologies.
- To conduct technical and literature research and analyses of the development of artificial intelligence and data analytics related subjects.
- To provide production support after normal office hours, if necessary, including but not limited to troubleshooting production issues, monitoring system stability, production rollout of enhancements, etc.
- When necessary, the CSA is required to provide both technical and administrative support related to the project after normal office hours for special events, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services, etc.
- To perform any other works as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
At least 1 year of working experience as a Systems Analyst
Possess at least 3 years of experience in AI and data analytics technologies, such as Gen AI and text/image/video analytics;
Have at least 1 years of experience on system development and deployment on clouds.
Preferably possess knowledge and experience on managing cloud resources in public cloud platform and Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS);
Possess knowledge and experience on installing and managing the following environment and tools:
- Linux
- Web application development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Python
- SQL
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
Hard working and self-motivated with good working attitudes; and
Can work independently.
The job requires the following mandatory skills:
- 4 years x System Implementation and Maintenance/Support, Software Testing Management, Vendor Management
- 3 years x Data Management, Coordination
