Duties
- Manage system operations and coordinate with related government contractors on the operations and maintenance work for the iAM Smart Platform
- Oversee outsourcing teams to provide technical support on the day-to-day operation of the iAM Smart Platform
- Ensure operations and security controls comply with ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, and ISO/IEC 27701:2019
- Monitor system performance including response time, alert messages, system utilisation, jobs results, interfaces status, etc.
- Manage security alerts, coordinate vulnerability patching with contractors, and perform log analysis for health-checking
- Coordinate and monitor the Disaster Recovery (DR) drill and incident response drill conducted by the contractors
- Support incident handling and issue resolution for round-the-clock running systems
- Perform duties at data centers across the territory as required
- Work outside normal office hours and shift duties
- Any other duties assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
- Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
- At least 1 year of working experience as a Systems Analyst
- Strong knowledge and solid working experience in system operations, maintenance and on-going support of mission-critical medium to large scale IT systems
- Good understanding on system architecture and networking, governance, and information security management frameworks
- Knowledge and experience of ISO 20000/27001/27701 is an advantage
- Solid knowledge and experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), hardware security module (HSM), digital certificate and identity management technologies is required
- Hands-on experience with load balancers, internet gateways, proxy services, Domain Name Services, backup services and virtualisation technologies
- Experience in supporting mobile app backends and infrastructure migration is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
- Communicate using Putonghua is required
- Selected candidate will be required to undergo a criminal record check
- The job requires the following mandatory skills:
- 4 years x Cryptography, Public Key Infrastructure and Server Virtualisation Technology
- 2 years x Work experience with/in the Government and Management and Support of Gov't Systems & Services
- 4 years x Cryptography, Public Key Infrastructure and Server Virtualisation Technology
