Duties

To prepare funding applications and tender documents for enhancements to existing applications and new IT systems
To provide administration and upgrading works on AI Chatbot solution using Large Language Model (LLM) for responding to queries regarding BIM guideline and documents
To provide administration and upgrading works on various BIM related IT systems and upkeep of design / as-built BIM models
To provide administration and upgrading works of the Cave Automatic Virtual Environment (CAVE) system
To coordinate and support colleagues on the usage of CAVE, BIM authoring software, point cloud viewer and Virtual Reality (VR) applications
To liaise and work with business users, IT teams, contractors and stakeholders, including other bureau / departments to complete duties effectively
To oversee the inventory and utilisation of BIM software and associated hardware
To support user-acceptance testing and deliver training for all relevant IT systems
To perform any other duties assigned by senior officers

Requirements

Holder of a Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines;
Have attained Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent; (N.B.: Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE is accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.)
At least 9 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
At least 4 years of working experience as a Systems Analyst
At least four year's work experiences vendor management, user management, quality assurance and IT security audit, and management of multiple IT projects
Experience on using Database Management System, reporting tools and LLM on application development
proficient in documenting user and functional requirements in English
Knowledge on BIM, GIS and CAVE are preferred
The job requires the following mandatory skills:
- 4 years x Client/Server Application Development, Data Warehouse, JavaScript Programming, Object-oriented Analysis and Design, Structured Query Language and Web Programming
- 2 years x business intelligence/data mining, Business Process Modeling, IT Service/ Outsourcing Management, Project Management, Presentation and Software Testing Management
