  • 3 years x Office Automation, PC LAN Support, Windows 7/8/10, Client Service, Work experience with/in the Government and Helpdesk Call Handling Technique
    

• Lead teams to effective service delivery based on ITIL process framework
• Coordinate different teams including service desk, helpdesk, infrastructure, vendors and business users for service delivery.
• Interact with multiple customers to understand Service Level Agreements and ensure that all services and support functions remain responsive to customer needs
• Ensure high quality of client service by clearly defining service scope and continuously carrying out due diligence and other assessment as needed
• Proactively drive the resolution of incidents, planned/unplanned changes and ah-hoc client issues requiring additional support and initiate timely escalation to clients and internal parties.
• Prepare regular operation report on overall platform status (including capacity, performance, service level & etc.).

• Degree or above
• At least 4-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in change, incident, problem and vendor management
• Experience in IT support, end user support, system administration and networking
• Experienced in IT service management such as ITILv4 framework.
• Knowledge of information security services and products, including but not limited to Firewalls, IPS, Web, DLP, Cloud Security etc.
• Holder of ITIL certifications is must.

• To support the Force's mission-critical systems and related hardware and software installation and configuration
  
• To provide 1st tier support on mission-critical mid-range systems on a roster basis if necessary
  
• To provide ad-hoc support and/or fire fighting for above systems;
  
• To provide project post-implementation works
  
• To perform regular patching for the above systems during non-office hours
  
• To handle administration works such as documentation, equipment procurement, data center inventory, cabling, labelling, system heath checking, hardware/software maintenance
  
• To resolve technical problems
  
• To handle production incident timely

• Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language, in the HKDSE, OR
  
• Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007), in the HKCEE, OR
  
• Diploma/Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
  
• At least 5 years of working experience as a Senior IT Assistant
  
• Solid knowledge and experiences in implementation, performance tuning and troubleshooting of Linux/Windows;
  
• Experience in procurement work is an advantage;
  
• Good command of both written and spoken English are required;
  
• Overtime work, irregular hours work and work on Sat/Sun are required when necessary;
  
• Work in various location of HKPF is required;

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop and configure OutSystems or Power Apps applications to support data entry and user interactions based on business requirements.
• Design, develop, and deploy OutSystems or Power Automate workflows and automation solutions
• Perform data integration and manipulation tasks using connectors.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of OutSystems or Power Platform solutions.
• Support and enable citizen development in other business units.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in the OutSystems or Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and evaluate their applicability to business needs.
• Maintain documentation of solutions, processes, and best practices.

• High-Level Diploma/Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of proven experience as a OutSystems or Microsoft Power Platform Developer with demonstrable experience. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, data integration techniques, and RESTful APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
